- Been there, done that - except we did it with an ImageWriter II :-)

- First off you'll need an 25pin-8pin converter cable. Apple uses those
- pesky 8pin mini-din connectors which make life more difficult :-(

- Next off you'll need the Mac hardware faq to figure out the dip-switch
- settings. The maximum speed that I found on the ImageWriter II was 9600.
- Also make sure that the dip-switches are set for software xon/xoff rather
- than hardware - as those two wires are joined in the mini-din.
